If you wish to delete your Elk Electronics account, you can do so in one of two ways:

Send an email to support@elkelectronics.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include a request for account deletion in the message.

1. Open the Elk Electronics App.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Deleting your account will permanently remove:
✔ Your user profile and preferences
✔ Charger ownership data
✔ All past charging session records
